After knowing two victims have died, I am on the 25th chpater. It’s been a very long week althogh I just got back from spring break. The problem is that there’s not even much work overall, but i am making myself like hell.

I was walking fast this morning to a class. I was late for 30 mins already. Normally, I’ll just pass, but today i didn’t. At that moment, Matt Scutter’s AA meeting scene appears in my head. I could hear myself saying “my name is acer, i am an *-holic”. That * may be replace with procosnation,  self-absorbed, internet, incompetence, whiny.. etc.

- dns for dummies, somehow i never finish those networking books
- and finish my mac osx unix book
- learn perl or ruby
- finish “the Shadow of the Wing”
- finish the PGP book that I borrowed from office

did you notice that lots of them start with “finish”. huh, I never finish anything, do i?

Seriously I don’t think that I will be able to finish this list before the end of August.

據說，真正難的，就是如何在這個人人或事事想要把你的生命時間零碎化的過程中，依然找到自己可以運用的一大塊連貫。甚至是在零碎中創造出連續。如同蘇菲教的舞者那般：在不停快速旋轉的過程中，依然維持著自己的穩定，而不輕易倒下。

這似乎也是我一直以來沒解決的課題。

星期四去聽了俄裔美國人Regina Spektor的現場。不知道為甚麼，好像只要是翹課出去的那天，我總會碰上很衰的事。比如說在半夜迷路，然後在山區走了快一個小時的路，終於看到計程車，而司機說他已經收工。累的要死，早上四點鐘才到家。

Unsurprisingly, Regina’s live performance was as powerful as her recordings. I was just a little bit disappointed that she didn’t interpret Samson the way she did in the album. I still sang along. But other than that, I am pretty much satisfied with attending my first live music performance at BCN. and lyrics were beautiful and sharp as they’ve always been. it made me chuckle when she sang “Mary anne’s a bitch” and asked the audience to echo.

不過也領教了西班牙人的時間感。說好是10點開場，我10點半到的時候，他們居然連暖場也還沒開始。害我好無聊，最後只好開始和旁邊人聊天，還好有碰上會講英文。不然我完全會退成自閉的壁花。
